ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Inside Durham provides a collection of online resources, including classified ads, video ads, and various email services, (referred to hereafter as "the Service") subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). By using the Service in any way, you are agreeing to comply with the TOU. In addition, when using particular Inside Durham services, you agree to abide by any applicable posted guidelines for all Inside Durham services, which may change from time to time. Should you object to any term or condition of the TOU, any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with Inside Durham in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of Inside Durham.

• distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Inside Durham or the interests or property of Inside Durham users.
• impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of the Inside Durham.
• copy, modify, or distribute any other person's content.
• harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent.
• bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to Inside Durham.

You understand that all postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials ("Content") posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. More specifically, you are entirely responsible for each individual item ("Item") of Content that you post, email or otherwise make available via the Service. ABUSING INSIDE DURHAM

Please use our contact us page to tell us about any problems or offensive content so that together we can keep the site working properly. We may limit or terminate our service, remove hosted content and take technical and legal steps to keep users off Inside Durham if we think that they are creating problems or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.
